Complete Guide for Malaysia Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and gbowin ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gbowin platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use gbowin's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law and read together with gbowin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

2. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use gbowin's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. gbowin strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals who are underage.
• Not a citizen or resident of any territory or country where online gambling is absolutely prohibited by local law.
• Is not currently under an active self-exclusion status at gbowin or any related platform.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Has never been involved in any fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity related to online gambling.

Gbowin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending completion of verification. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) account at gbowin. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number. You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain amount. Required documents include:

• A clear and valid copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• A selfie holding your identity card for verification of account ownership.
• Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months) if required.

Gbowin will handle all your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy operating under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.

4. Deposits and Payments

Gbowin accepts deposits via a wide range of payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT and Bitcoin. The minimum deposit is RM20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposits made to your gbowin account are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of verified technical errors confirmed by the gbowin team. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

Any deposit processing fees charged (if applicable) are the member's responsibility. gbowin does not impose any additional fees on your deposits from our end.

5. Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request from their gbowin account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed full KYC verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements against the bonus funds portion of your balance.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match or be similar to the deposit method for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

Standard withdrawal processing takes 5–15 minutes for DuitNow and eWallet methods. For standard bank transfers, it may take up to 1 business day. Crypto withdrawals are subject to the respective network confirmation times.

Gbowin reserves the right to request additional verification before approving high-value withdrawals to ensure account security and compliance with anti-fraud procedures.

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by gbowin are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated in the respective promotion terms. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the actual amount wagered, not on winnings.
• Gbowin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Bonuses have a validity period that must be observed; unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of that period.

The maximum betting limit while using bonus funds is RM25 per round or 10% of the total bonus amount — whichever is lower. Wins obtained while exceeding this limit may be voided by gbowin.

7. Game Rules

All games available at gbowin use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been audited and certified by independent international certification bodies. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced or manipulated by any party.

In the event of a technical failure (such as internet connection disruption, server outage, or software malfunction) during an active game round, gbowin's policy is as follows:

• If a round cannot be completed and the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to your account.
• If the round result was recorded by the server before the disruption occurred, that result is final.
• Gbowin is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disruptions on the user's end.

Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automation software, betting bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and gbowin account login credentials. gbowin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify the gbowin support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or if you notice any suspicious activity. gbowin will take action to protect your account but is not liable for losses incurred before the report is made.

Gbowin strongly recommends that all members activate the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature in their account settings for an added layer of security. This feature provides stronger protection against unauthorised access.

9. Account Termination

Gbowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Misuse of the bonus system or exploitation of platform bugs.
• Owning multiple accounts under the name of a single individual or the same household.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified timeframe.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the gbowin support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) in the account will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, the first step is to contact the gbowin customer support team via live chat for prompt resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved at the customer support level, you may submit a formal complaint via email to the gbowin management team. We are committed to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within seven (7) business days.

In all disputes relating to game outcomes, gbowin's server logs are the definitive reference and supersede any screenshots or other records held by the member. gbowin's decision in game disputes is final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability

Gbowin shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by members as a result of:

• Game outcomes that are not in the member's favor in games using certified RNG.
• Technical disruptions beyond gbowin's control, such as ISP outages, third-party payment provider disruptions, or natural disasters.
• Failure by the member to comply with the established terms and conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Should gbowin be found liable for any direct loss, our liability is limited to the actual deposit amount made by the member within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

Gbowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the gbowin platform.

Members will be notified of material amendments via in-platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the platform after such amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable version.
